Show Your Prospects How Much You Care About Them

From the very beginning I wanted the people on my list to feel special. I believed that if they knew how much I cared about each and every one of them they would be more likely to do business with me in the future. One way I did this was by writing Special Reports on topics I knew about and sending them out in a broadcast email.

Special Reports can be just a few pages long or quite lengthy; it’s all up to you. The most important thing is that you present the topic in a clear and concise way so that your information can be easily understood and put into action by your prospects. I imagined each person receiving the email with the link to their Special Report. Then I pictured them reading each page and being very excited that I had taken the time to write something just for them.

This has continued to work well for me. In fact, Special Reports I wrote during 2006 are still being read. I know this because I always included a few links to affiliate products in my reports, and I am still receiving commission from them after all of this time. Many times I cannot even remember that I added a certain product or service in the report.

Write a Special Report and send it out to your list. They will love you for taking the time to do this for them.

I love how you highlighted the fact that the reports should be clear and concise. People will appreciate that in this age of info overload. I found your reports very practical and usable.
